Saturday, December 1. The Feast of Sankt Nickolaus. Helvetia Community Hall.
- Noon. Local Cooks Start begin to gather at the Community Hall Kitchen to begin baking their holiday favorites for their families and friends.
- 3:00. Peter Schaefer from Bern, Switzerland begins the expo of Making "Swiss traditional Christmas Sweets" and Mrs. Schaefer will work with the children to make the Swiss Holiday Favorite, Grittibanz (Bread People), for St. Nicholas
- The "Right Family Game" will follow as a wonderful way for the children to exchange gifts
- 6:00. Santa Arrives to pass out goodie bags to the Children and Mrs. Schaefer will read the "Night before Christmas" in Swiss-German and English.
